From the Bait of Satan by John Bevere, pg. 19

It  doesn't matter how up-to-date you are in new revelations from the many seminars and Bible schools you've attended or how many books you've read or even how many hours you pray and study. 

If you are offended and in unforgiveness and refuse to repent of this sin, you have not come to the knowledge of the truth! You are deceived, and you confuse others with your hypocritical lifestyle. 

No matter what the revelation, your fruit tells a different story. You'll become  a spring spewing out bitter waters that will bring deception, not truth. 

And them many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. -- Mathhew 24:10

It doesn't matter who you are or who you think you are, forgiveness is a requirement not an option. It does not matter what the "offense" is or was... it MUST be forgiven.

Offense leads to betrayal, betrayal to hatred. The closer the relationship the more severe the betrayal. When betrayal occurs, the relationship cannot be restored unless genuine repentance follows   ~John Bevere.

 Mark 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

And forgiveness is more than just saying you forgive... action must be put to the words we speak for true forgiveness. 

Exodus 23:4 If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.

 5 If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, and wouldest forbear to help him, thou shalt surely help with him.

When God said "love thy neighbor as thyself" He didn't mean just those you thought worthy of your love. He went on to say, "love your enemies". How can one love someone that is an enemy to them? 

By overcoming the pain and hurt of rejection. Just because they may not like you and are your enemy does not mean you have to feel the same and BE their enemy. Let the love of God flow through you to them. Your actions of love, in spite of emotional feelings, will make you an overcomer.
