Identity Crisis

Have you lost your heritage? And how did you lose it? Did you even know you had an inheritance?

Ezra 2:58 All the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon's servants, were three hundred ninety and two.

 3 ¶ And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

Adam and Eve sinned and lost the Garden of Eden as God’s punishments. Other times, others sinned against the Lord……Cain slew Abel because of jealousy as God favored Abel and his sacrifice. Cain wanted to do it his way instead of following the instructions. Sound familiar? Here in Ezra we find that because of their ancestor’s sin of seeking a “better” way for themselves, the children were unable to prove their lineage and rights as children of Israel. Yet they sought out the Lord and His glory as they searched for a way to become a part of their true lineage once again.

Your inheritance can be restored to you…through Christ Jesus by repentance, washing away the sins of the flesh through water baptism in Jesus Name, and renewing your mind to the mind of Christ unto receiving the sweet Holy Ghost to guide, correct and teach you. To be a part of this wonderful Bride of Christ that will soon be carried away from this sinful world that only seeks to “do it my way”.
